Polina holds degrees from Columbia University and Penn State University and draws upon her academic experience as well as more than 10 years of experience building, hiring, and retaining teams at some of the world’s largest advertising companies, technology companies, and nonprofits.

Polina is a Certified Coach and sits on the Forbes HR Council.
